Last month’s poll question asked which criterion within the element “School Leadership and Culture” users find most difficult to address. Here are the results:

Out of 37 total votes, we can notice that School leadership was, according to 24% of the participants, the most difficult to address. School Leadership is an important aspect for educators, as it creates structure and organisation, and for pupils, as it greatly influences the learning environment.

54% think that High level of cooperation among staff is most difficult to address. With this criterion, communication and collaboration among all different hierarchical levels is taken into account, from educators to headmasters.

Talking about the last criterion, being school Inclusive culture, 22% think it is most difficult to address. The environment the school creates and fosters is highly important for teachers’ success and mutual respect as well as students’ integration and consequent performance.

In October, we want to know which criterion within the STEM School Key Element “Connections” you find most difficult to address. Read more on what is included in this STEM School Key Element in the criteria section, go through the checklists and vote for the latest poll question on the Collaborate page!
