Last month’s poll question asked which criterion within the element “Professionalisation of Staff” users find most difficult to address. Here are the results:

In the graph below, we can notice that Existence of supporting (pedagogical) staff was, according to 41% of the participants, the most difficult to address. Supporting pedagogical staff can mediate relationships between students and teachers and also ease parents’ involvement in their children’s educational environment.

27% think that Highly qualified professionals is most difficult to address. This kind of criterion evaluates the possibility for teachers to expand their skills; this may be thorny as each educator has a different background and operates in different environments.

Lastly, 32% think that Professional development is most difficult to address. This kind of professionalisation evaluates the variety of official trainings educators can take in order to improve their abilities in their field of expertise.

In September, we want to know which criterion within the STEM School Key Element “School Leadership and Culture” you find most difficult to address.
